It
may have been quite on the home page, but quite a lot has been
happening with MapView behind the scenes. MapView 1.3
has been in use by early adopters for almost a year, and we've
decided its time to release it to the public. This new
version has too many new features to list here, so check out
the release notes for more details. Of note though is a
new install package that should let you adventurous Vista
users join the fun! Download the new version today! |

We're
back! Thanks for sticking with us during the
downtime. After a month of fighting a domain name
dispute seemingly with cyber-squatter, we have emerged
victorious. Look for things to get back to normal over
the next few weeks, and that includes more releases of MapView
1.3. |

Both our
website and our message board, the MotCreations
Gaming Community, have been recently
refreshed, so be sure to browse them both. Among the
changes are new materials to help create your own game
modules, and an alpha release of the next version of MapView. |

MapView is now
available for free! Our number one goal has always been
to make PBEM gaming a little easier for everyone, which is why
MapView has always been available as shareware. Well,
the time has come to take the next step and make MapView 1.2
available as freeware. And don't forget, this means one
of the best features of MapView, the ability to create your
own game modules, is now open to everyone! We hope to
see more people take advantage of it! |
